WMDs v. Fake News
My blogules started as actual Weapons of Mass Disinformation were carpet-bombing the mediasphere, the Bush Administration finding a perfect match in 'Comical Ali'.
Nowadays, satire seems to weak a weapon to resist the deluge of fake news surrounding an even more outrageous mob.
I don't react as often as I used to because these guys dulled our senses, turned the unacceptable into a daily show. Sans Jon Stewart, alas.
Yet, let's not give up.
We shall never surrender.
